ESOL Classes
We offer three 10-week semesters of ESOL classes each year. Our dedicated and experienced ESOL teachers lead classes at the Survival, Beginner, and Intermediate levels.

Tutoring Services
We provide both one-on-one and small group tutoring, led by trained ESOL and Basic Literacy tutors.
Workforce Readiness Workshops
Through partnerships with MassHire, Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), and the Worcester Public Library, we offer workforce readiness workshops and individualized support to help learners prepare for employment opportunities.

Drop-in English Conversation Circle – Tuesdays 5:30 – 7 p.m. Banx Room
Drop-in Everyday English Class – Mondays & Wednesdays 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. First Floor Meeting Room
Drop-in Citizenship Class – Tuesdays & Thursdays 9 – 11 a.m. First Floor Meeting Room Prepare for the U.S. citizenship exam.
Free Immigration Legal Help Clinic – Check the library’s event calendar for upcoming sessions. This service is presented in partnership with Central West Justice Center, Student Clinic for Immigrant Justice, and private attorneys. - QCC: ESOL – English for Speakers of Other Languages
